Send it once. Land everywhere that will have you.
Press release distribution across every channel that is genuinely open to a small business, run automatically, with a public record of where yours landed.
No account, no email required for the free tools. Every release is labeled as paid and every link is marked sponsored, because that is what Google's policy asks for.
Why press release distribution stopped working the way it used to
One link is not distribution
Most of what gets sold as distribution is a single URL and a report you cannot verify. It reaches one kind of reader and stops there.
Half your readers are machines
Crawlers, answer engines and agents now read announcements before people do — and they read structure, not prose. Almost nothing published today is built for them.
Fifteen artifacts, one price
Your announcement ships as a page, a claims file, structured data, audio, a podcast episode, four feeds, social posts and a public receipt. Same $99.
The release, and everything a machine needs to quote it
A press release used to be one document for one kind of reader. Now a search crawler, an answer engine and an autonomous agent may all reach it before a journalist does, and each wants something different.
So we publish your announcement six ways at once: a page people read, a claims file listing your facts as discrete attributed statements, a plain markdown mirror, a validated entity graph, an audio version, and a documented feed any system can subscribe to. Building it that way costs us nothing extra and gives your news a shot at surfaces a single HTML page never reaches.
When a press release is the wrong tool
We would rather lose the sale than sell you something that cannot work.
Worth publishing
Funding, an acquisition, a launch, a senior hire, a partnership, a real milestone, an award, original data, an event, an expansion, a certification. Anything a stranger could verify and would reasonably call news.
Not worth publishing
A sale, a rebrand nobody asked about, a blog post in a suit, a seasonal greeting, or an announcement whose only news is that your company exists. These do better as content, email or ads — and we will tell you so.
The whole package, itemized
Most of this is work that gets quoted separately elsewhere, or simply is not offered at this end of the market. We build it once as an automated pipeline, which is the only reason it fits in one price.
What ships with every release
Fifteen deliverables. No per-word charges, no image fees, no upgrade menu.
Value figures are our own estimate of what each item costs to buy on its own. They are there to show the shape of the package, not to quote anyone else's rate card.
Six tools that do real work
Everything runs in your browser. Nothing you paste is uploaded, stored or emailed — there is no server on the other end to send it to.

A press page for your own site that keeps itself current
Every customer gets a hosted newsroom plus an embeddable widget for their own domain. Publish once and your press page updates itself, marked up so search engines understand what it is.
It is the part clients keep even if they stop buying releases, which is exactly why we do not charge for it.
Your announcement, read aloud and published as audio
Each release is narrated and added to our news podcast feed, which carries to Spotify, Apple Podcasts, Amazon Music and YouTube. You get the MP3, a transcript and an embeddable player.
We also cut a short clip any podcaster may use free with attribution — shows need material, and that is a better way in than a cold pitch.
Have something worth announcing?
Send us the facts. We will tell you honestly whether it is a release, and write it properly if it is.
Press release distribution, answered plainly
How much does press release distribution cost here?
A single release is $99 with everything included. A monthly plan is $89 per month for one release a month, and the annual plan is $890 for twelve releases, which works out to about $74 each. There are no per-word charges, image fees or add-on menus.
What does press release distribution actually mean?
It means taking one announcement and getting it onto the channels where people and machines will find it. We run the channels that are open to any publisher: search indexing pushes, syndication feeds, podcast directories, open social protocols, our own news property and network, and a verified directory profile. We do not resell access to contract wires such as AP.
Will a press release get my business cited by ChatGPT?
Sometimes, and mostly for news-shaped questions rather than buying questions. Published research puts press releases in a small share of overall AI citations, while separate tracking of distributed stories measured brand presence around the high teens on Google's AI surfaces and single digits on ChatGPT. Structure matters more than spend, so we write for extraction. Nobody can promise a citation.
Do the links in my release pass SEO value?
No, and that is deliberate. Google's spam policy names press releases where payment is combined with links that pass ranking credit, so every link in a paid release carries rel="sponsored" and every release is labeled as paid. The lasting value is a permanent indexed URL, clear entity signals and brand mentions.
How fast does a release go out?
Drafting and the editorial pass usually take one to two business days after you send your facts. Once you approve, publishing, feeds, the search push and social posts happen within minutes. What search engines and AI systems do afterwards runs on their schedule.
Do I have to write the release myself?
No. Writing and one editorial pass are included in the price. If you would rather write it yourself, the template builder and writing guide are free and do not ask for an email.
